For this activity you will need
- A light table
- Paint in assorted colours
- Ziplock bags
- Sticky tape
This activity is super simple but it was perfect for encouraging my son to practice his letter formation and spelling of cvc words. I initially set up the paint bags for my 4 month old (see activity here) but, as Olly was immediately drawn to them I decided to seize the opportunity simply by adding a few cvc words written on coloured paper for him to copy.
He got straight to work.
This activity worked really well for Olly because he very much dislikes writing but the sensory-seeker in him could not resist moving his fingers around the paint.
I hope you enjoy this activity as much as we did.
