This Large Cabbage White Butterfly (Pieris brassicae) hibernated in our small, over winter not occupied, chicken coup. While preparing this coup for some new meat chickens this beautiful butterfly came flying out.

And even the plum trees blossom. It is still so early in the year. Will we have any fruit this year?
